Those who know me well know I enjoy good food. I enjoy cooking it, and of course, I enjoy eating it. Yesterday at the Fort Worth Stock Show & Rodeo I enjoyed two cooking demonstrations by Texas Rangers head chef Chris Vasquez. His preparations of ribeye steak and beef tenderloin were absolutely delicious. And, yes, I bought the Nolan Ryan Beef cookbook, signed by Chef Vasquez.
